What landed

Foundations: color (plum signature, two-chromatic rule), the type scale with Commissioner's flare axis baked into static instances, an 8-step spacing scale, a radii ladder, and six named motion recipes. Then the components: Button, TextField, EmailCapture, StatusTag, StateRail, NavRail, Footer.

Then the chat pattern, reviewed on rendered screenshots, with the rule that matters most: users get words, never numbers, and the numeric view is separated at the routing level.
